CCCEH Poster Gallery »

The Mothers & Newborns Study in Northern Manhattan and the South Bronx is a very important health study being conducted by the Columbia Center for Children’s Environmental Health, www.ccceh.org. CCCEH is a part of Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health.

NYC graphic designer, David Garner, has designed a poster for the benefit of participating families. The poster outlines and explains the entire study. Featured on this poster are 14 full color illustrations by Ken. Each individual illustration depicts actual staff members. View poster »

Words of Promise Gallery »

Available in hard and soft cover through bookstores and online, Words of Promise is a historical biography of James Weldon Johnson written by Jodie Shull.

Mr. Johnson was best known as a poet/statesman and the author of the words to “Lift Every Voice and Sing.” Ken’s drawings trace this remarkable man’s life as he traveled the country and the world in the early 1900’s speaking out for equal opportunities for blacks.
